Wellness appointments can now be scheduled through our patient portal.
1. Create Your FMI Account
If you haven’t already, create your FMI username and password. This will give you secure access to the patient portal.
2. Log In to the Patient Portal
3. Click on “My Appointments”
On the right-hand side of the portal dashboard, you’ll find the “My Appointments” button. Click here to begin scheduling.
4. Choose Your Location
Select the location that works best for you.
5. Select a Provider or Wellness Service
Choose the provider or wellness service you would like to schedule. We offer a variety of options tailored to your health and wellness needs.
6. Pick Your Appointment Type
Depending on your chosen service, you’ll be prompted to select the type of appointment you’d like to book. Make sure to select the right one for your treatment.
7. Choose a Date and Time
Pick a date and time that fits into your schedule. We’ll provide available time slots so you can easily find a spot that works for you.
8. Confirmation from Our Team
After booking, one of our team members will confirm your appointment. You’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know everything is set.
