What brought you to the world of functional medicine?

My father’s early death and his health struggles, along with my own 17-year journey with chronic illness, deeply shaped my path to finding healing through functional medicine.

What do you do on your free time?

I enjoy hiking, camping, rock climbing, hot yoga, cycling, traveling, and sailing—staying active and exploring new adventures is my passion.
