To avoid our no show/late cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The no show/late cancellation fees are: $150 for any New Patient or Wellness appointment, $100 for any other medical provider or IV therapy appointment, $30 for Well Child or Child Acute appointment, and $50 for any Nutrition or Health Coaching appointment.
