Ingredients:
- 5 – 6 large carrots
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Peel carrots and slice into chips or fry-sized pieces.
- Place carrots on the cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle chili powder and cinnamon evenly over the carrots.
- Toss to coat.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until the carrots are at the desired tenderness.
